Bring the family to Papatoetoe Centennial Pools for fitness and fun. Enjoy the heated indoor swimming pools year-round, or the outdoor pool in summer. Our poolside cardio room offers member’s cross-training opportunities.

Swimming pools

The indoor pool complex features a 25 metre pool for lane and leisure swimming, 15 metre purpose-built pool for swimming lessons, and toddlers’ splash pool. When the summer heat comes, the 50 metre outdoor pool is a great place to cool down or swim serious lengths. Our spa and sauna are ideal for relaxing tired, aching muscles. Swimsation is our resident swim school; they provide swim lessons for everyone from six-month-old babies to adults.

Please note: Children under 10 years of age must be actively supervised by a caregiver 16 years or over.

Disabled Access

Manukau Leisure works hard to provide inclusive opportunities for all people regardless of ability or disability. We work closely with Manukau City Council to improve accessibility to our facilities and provide active leisure opportunities for people with disabilities. At Papatoetoe Centennial Pools disabled access is available via ramp into the teaching pool. To gain access into the main pool we have two wheelchairs available that are suitable to enter water, and staff will assist in lowering the individual into the pool.

Cardio room

Our poolside cardio room has modern equipment and free weights. It is a great place to exercise. Enjoy a complementary spa or sauna after your workout.
