The Manurewa Recreation Centre is tucked away in a quiet, private location backing onto Manurewa Recreation Reserve. We host a range of recreation and sports programmes for all ages, fitness levels and tastes. Facilities include a spacious indoor stadium, a recreation hall, group fitness classes, and a selection of spaces to hire for your next event.
Recreation centre
There’s something for everyone with programmes that range from gymnastics and basketball skills, through to social sports leagues and pilates. In addition to the recreation programmes run each term, we also provide out of school care (OSCAR) and structured school holiday programmes, both of which are CYFS approved.
Group Fitness classes
Experience the energy of group fitness classes. With a variety of classes, which range in intensity, there’s something for everyone.

Venue hire
Manurewa Recreation Centre has a number of spaces available to hire for your next event. You can hire a room that holds 20 people or a stadium for 500. Our centre is ideal for hosting sporting events, public meetings, private functions or wedding receptions. »more
