Adventure group can change lives

Being adventurous, overcoming fears and having a good time is what it’s all about for one intrepid women’s group.
Each month women from all over Auckland put on their outdoor gear and take on the great outdoors with the Manukau On The Move Women’s Adventure Group. The days are full of action whether thegroup’s caving, hiking, kayaking, sailing or doing other activities.
Manukau Leisure senior instructor Manda Giddens goes out and about in Auckland and its surrounds with the group and says some women claim the adventures have been life-changing.
